Umpqua National Forrest

If you are heading to Spirit or Moon Falls in the Umpqua National Forrest, there is cool little spot worth checking out. If you are heading towards the falls from Cottage grove it is along the way. There is a one lane bridge (there is a sign) with a turnout, park in the turnout and check out the area under the bridge. A clear creek and small series of waterfalls lead to large pool.

Used my GoPro with Knekt Dome attachment for split land/water shots.

Encountered the most interesting Rough Skin Newt in Oregon.

Took a swim in the Pool at the bottom of the falls.
